Company land area of 60 acres, the total construction area of about 24000 square meters. The project has a production capacity of 600 tons/year photomask substrate and fusion device synthetic fused quartz glass ingot, 7,500 tons/year advanced electronic grade silicon tetrachloride and 17,160 tons/year by-product hydrochloric acid. The project is planned to be constructed in three phases and is expected to be completed in 2025. The total investment of the project is 502.28 million yuan, with an annual output value of about 280 million yuan, annual tax revenue of 25.28 million yuan and nearly 80 new jobs.
The company's main business scope: quartz glass, optical glass, coated glass, special glass technology research and development, production, sales and technical consulting services. The company has fully independent intellectual property rights, products can replace the import of Germany, the United States and other countries and break the blockade of products, to achieve the domestic independent control of major weapons development key materials and technologies and control the power of international negotiations. The company successfully applied hydrogen-oxygen flame hydrolysis of silicon tetrachloride to produce high-quality synthetic fused quartz glass, and broke through the key core technologies of synthetic fused quartz glass weight deposition and ingot tank sinking. Established in March 2022, Yangzhou Shenguang Optical Technology Co., Ltd. specializes in R&D, production and sales of semiconductor and flat panel display photomask substrates, equipped with advanced optical production and testing equipment. Relying on the strong technical support of the parent company's R&D team, large-scale and stable material production base, we provide semiconductor and high generation flat panel display photomask substrates. For aerospace and precision testing to provide large aperture high quality optical components.

Established in September 2019, Sichuan Shenguang New Material Technology Research Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shenguang Optical Group Co., LTD. It is a modern enterprise integrating research and development, production, sales and technical services. The company is mainly engaged in quartz glass instrument manufacturing, to solve the internal needs of the group. In the future, the company will be mainly engaged in the incubation of new technologies and new products, the processing and sales of various new materials, and the standardization and promotion of new materials.
